I graduated from Northwest Missouri State with a double major in Finance/Insurance & Marketing. Shortly after graduating I was married and have been blessed with a wonderful family! That same year I became a Broker for Life and Health Insurance. I opened an office in Maryville, MO in 1981. I have enjoyed working in this industry as it has provided me a great opportunity to work with people. I have a great staff to work with and our approach as an agency has been to embrace change in order to best advise our customers. After being out of the workforce for a few years while raising our son, I began working at Arnold Insurance Services in September of 1999 as a Customer Service Representative. A few months later, I earned my Life and Health License and began selling insurance products. Fast forward twenty-four years, and with the many changes in the insurance industry, I am still meeting the challenges and providing excellent customer service. Our clients’ peace of mind is our success!

I have been with Arnold Insurance Services since 2001. I am married to my best friend, James, and together we have 6 children and 5 grandsons and 1 little princess. When I started in 2001, I came in as the customer service representative handling claims and office duties. A few years later I found myself with my Health and Life license, becoming a broker here at the agency. Now I wear many hats as a broker providing benefits for employer and individual health, ancillary products, short term products, Life insurance and Medicare insurance products. Helping people understand their coverage when they need it allows me to build long lasting relationships and friendships.

I am a native of this great community, have been married to my husband, Josh, for 20 yrs; and am a proud mother to 5 children. In April 2013, I joined the Arnold Insurance family. Working as our office manager I have a variety of responsibilities to tend to, ranging from processing and tracking applications and submitting claims, to providing excellent customer service to all who enter our doors. Once you work with us, you aren’t just a client, you’re family. I am proud to continue to serve our mission, and bring forth the best quality of help and support I can offer.
