Available for groups of two or more full-time employees for health care coverage. Plans vary in premium and benefits based on the group size. We have many plan options that include traditional Fully-Insured PPO plans, Self-Insured ASO plans, and Health Savings Account (HSA) plans.

Group Term Life Insurance is a cost effective way to provide a flat benefit for employees. Pays tax-free benefit upon death of the insured. / Voluntary Life available for employees to buy-up additional coverage. / Key-Man Life Insurance and Buy-Sell Planning for employers also available.

Dental Insurance provides employee benefits for services such as cleanings, x-rays, fillings, extractions, crowns and more. Some plans require you to use network providers while others do not. / Vision insurance provides employee benefits for checkups as well as corrective materials such as glasses and contacts.

Helps protect the employee’s income due to an accident or illness that prevents the employee from performing their job. / Short-term; pays benefits for 1-12 months. Long-term; pays benefits to age 65 or recovery. / Disability benefits are typically not activated until after an elimination period (or waiting period) is satisfied. For short-term, generally 7-14 days; for long-term, generally 90 days or longer.

Available as separate policies or combined. Can provide the employee additional benefits when certain unexpected situations occur (i.e., accidental injuries, hospital stays, cancer diagnoses, and heart attack). These benefits can be used to pay deductibles and/or co-insurances.

An intervention program available for the workplace that can help alleviate or resolve interpersonal conflicts and any event or experience that may be hindering an employee’s performance or well-being. These services can include but are not limited to, mental health visits, financial counseling, and legal services.
